Courses

• 100% payment required in advance of course with the payment receipt emailed through to us to secure a place
• Cancellations with more than 48 hours notice will be refunded minus a 20% admin fee
• Cancellation with less than 48 hours notice are non-refundable, but 50% of the course fee can be used on a future VEG course
• We have a standard 10% discount on total for more than two persons coming
• Infants free but must ask for permission to bring them as not appropriate on some courses
• In the unlikely event that a course is canceled we will give you at least 48 hours notice and (of course) a full refund

Design Consultancy

• We can usually book in a consult within three weeks of a request
• 50% payment required before we arrive
• Balance due day final design + report arrives
• Preliminary designs will be finished within one week of the consult
• Initial designs will be finished within one week of the consult
• Full designs will be finished within 30 days of the consult
• If due to our fault we fail to keep these timeframes we'll discount the total cost by 10%

Landscaping

• We don’t take on anything beyond very simple landscaping jobs unless we’ve done a permaculture design for you
• We can usually book in works within three weeks of a request
• 50% payment required before we begin
• Balance due day works completed (though part payments may be required for large jobs)

Vegie Beds and Chook Systems

• We can usually book in within three weeks of ordering
• If the order totals less than $1500 full payment is required in advance
• If the order totals more than $1500 50% payment is required in advance with the balance due on the day of job completion

Worms and Books

• If you order worms through us they will be posted you and should arrive within four or five days from your online order and payment
• Books will take up to ten days

Preferred Payment Types

• We really like to be paid by Internet transfer or direct deposit where you use your invoice number as the payment reference. If you can pay this way, please do!
• We do accept credit cards, paypal if these work best for you
• We accept payment by cheques if necessary but these are a lot more work for us so please avoid if possible

Workmanship Guarantee

• We will come back and replace/repair any VEG product that fails as a result of our workmanship for one year after installing it.  The same goes for any fruit tree that dies.
